To enable, set two Worker secrets and run the refresh endpoint once: 
npx wrangler secret put CF_API_TOKEN
npx wrangler secret put CF_ZONE_ID
# Then hit: /api/refresh-cf-data?key=YOUR_SNAPSHOT_KEY
The token needs Zone Analytics:Read + Zone:Firewall Services:Read permissions.
